Customer Service Retrieval Augmentation Generation

I helped a client create and craft documents needed for their real estate business. They also had files upon files of corporate bank statements served as "Proof of Funds" but needed help organizing and tracking internal knowledge. I built an AI retrieval system that extracts and sorts internal knowledge to make their processes much faster and efficient with use cases such as quarterly tax filling and pending transactions buying assets.
